燕麦中菌落总数检测能力验证研究

Proficiency Testing of Oats in the Total Number of Colonies

为了了解福建省福清市食品企业菌落总数检测能力,福清市质量技术监督局组织实施了燕麦中菌落总数检测能力验证工作,福清市45家实验室参加了本次能力验证。介绍了燕麦中菌落总数能力验证计划的实施过程,包括方案设计、样品设备、均匀性稳定性实验、结果统计能力评价,并对能力验证结果进行了技术分析和技术建议。结果表明,菌落总数检测满意结果率88.9%,参加能力验证的绝大多数企业能准确检测菌落水平,福清市食品企业的菌落总数检测人员具有较高的水平。出现可疑结果和不满意结果的企业多数是饮用水企业,应加强饮用水企业的出厂检验监管。

In order to understand the city＇s total number of food enterprises colony detection capabilities, Fuqing Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision implements a validation of the detection capability of the total number of colonies in the oats, 45 laboratories participated in the proficiency testing. This study describes the colonies of the oats in the total number of colonies ability to verify implementation of the plan, including program design, sample equipment, uniformity, stability experiments, the results of statistical capacity evaluation, and the ability to verify the results of technical analysis and technical advice, the results show satisfactory rate of the total number of detected 88.9%, the vast majority of enterprises to participate in proficiency testing can accurately detect the colony level, the total number of colonies of the food enterprises in our city inspectors have a higher level. Enterprise suspicious results are not satisfied with the results of drinking water companies, factory inspection and supervision of drinking water companies will be strengthened.
