摘要
根据高职教育的特点,结合教学实践,探讨了食品加工原理的教学;针对教学内容、教学方法、实验及考核方式进行了分析;以期突出学生的主体地位,确保教学质量的提高。
According to the educational characteristics of senior high vocational school and combining teaching fulfillment, the contents of courses, teaching methods, experiments and assessment methods are explored, in order to extrude the students' corpus position and insure an exaltation of testing the teaching quality.
