摘要
从高职特色出发,结合食品行业企业现状,从课程性质与作用、课程设计的理念与思路、教学内容的针对性与适用性、教学模式的设计与创新等方面,对高职创新课程食品企业实务进行了分析和探讨,在高职课程中真正体现以学生为主体,以就业为导向的高职教育要求。
Combining with the current situation of food industry companies, the new course business of food enterprise is analyzed from the property and function, concept and idea of the design, pertinence and applicability of the content, and design and innovation of the model. From this new course it takes students as the main body and the employment as the orientation, and reflects the requirements of higher vocational education.
