摘要
实践性教学环节是食品生物技术专业教学体系的重要组成部分,是培养技能型、创新性人才的重要途径。着重阐述了实践性教学环节的重要性,加强实践教学体系的具体措施,从而不断提高食品生物技术专业人才的实际动手能力和创新能力,以满足社会对本专业人才的需求。
Practical Teaching System is an important part of food biotechnology teaching, it is the important way to train skilled and innovative people. This paper expounds the importance of practical teaching links, specific measures to strengthen the practice teaching system, so as to improve professionals' specialty practical ability and creative ability of food biotechnology, and meet the demand for professional talents of our society.
