摘要
和谐劳动关系是经济可持续发展的重要基础。马克思主义经济学所运用的"关系分析法",为我们探讨构建和谐劳动关系,推动经济的可持续发展提供了理论依据。20世纪80年代以来,日本模式和瑞典模式由于在劳资关系上的不同变化,对本国经济的可持续发展产生了不同影响,两国的经验教训有重要启示和借鉴意义。我国要建立社会主义市场经济,实现以人为本、可持续发展和人的全面发展的市场经济,既要借鉴西方发达国家的管理经验,又要摒弃"泰罗制式"的管理模式,通过发挥公有制经济的制度优势,形成真正以人为本的社会主义和谐劳动关系。
Harmonious labor relations are the important foundation of economic sustainable development. 'Relationship analysis'of Marxist economics provides theory basis for that we explore for constructing the harmonious labor relations,and promote the sustainable development of the economy.Since the 1980s Japanese and Swedish mode has had different effects to the sustainable development of its economy because of differences in the changes of laborowner relationship,and the experience of the two countries has the important enlightenment and reference.Our country establish a socialist market economy,realizing the people-oriented,sustainable development and the person's overall development of the market economy,not only learn from western developed countries for reference of the management experience,but also abandon the 'Taylor standard 'management pattern,through playing the system advantage of public sector of the economy,form the real people-oriented socialist harmonious labor relations.
