Review on standards for cyclic salt spray corrosion test of automotive metal components

摘要 介绍了循环盐雾腐蚀试验的原理以及几种常用标准,包括国家标准GB/T24195(等同采用ISO16151),大众汽车标准PV1210、通用汽车标准GMW14872、克莱斯勒汽车标准SAEJ2334(由国际汽车工程师学会汽车腐蚀与防护委员会制定)、日产汽车标准M0158和上海汽车标准SMC30054(等同采用RES30.CT.119)。对比了不同试验方法的循环过程和操作条件。 The principle of cyclic salt spray corrosion test was described, and several related standards were introduced, including Chinese national standard GB/T 24195 (identical to ISO 16151), Volkswagen's PV 1210, General Motors's GMW14872, Chrysler's SAE J2334 (developed by SAE Automotive Corrosion and Prevention Committee), Nissan's M0158, and SAIC Motor's SMC 30054 (identical to MG-Rover's RES 30.CT.119). The cyclic procedure and operation conditions of different test methods were compared.
