摘要
通过改变絮凝剂的添加量和添加方式,对拜耳法赤泥沉降分离的效果进行研究。结果表明,絮凝剂的添加量对赤泥沉降分离效果有重要影响,合适的添加量为0.02%~0.04%,二次添加比一次添加的效果要好,添加絮凝剂还能有效降低赤泥的压缩液固比。
The settling and separating effect of red mud in Bayer process was investigated by changing the floeculant in terms of its additive amount and adding method. The results show that the additive amount of flocculant has significant effect on the settling and separating of red mud. The optimal amount of flocculant is 0.02%-0.04% and the twice addition is more effective than once addition. The compressed liquid/solid ratio is reduced evidently by the addition of flocculant.
