摘要
分别通过接触式和气体放电式丝电爆法制备纳米粉,观察电极烧损情况并统计粉末中微米级大颗粒的比例。结果表明,气体放电式丝电爆过程电极烧损比较轻微,制备的粉末中微米级大颗粒比例较小,并且更有利于工程上连续实施。提高初始电压也可以减小粉末中微米级大颗粒的比例。
Nanopowders were prepared with wire electrical explosion (WEE) of "contact" and "gas dis-charge" , respectively. The burning loss of electrodes was observed and the micro-size particle percentage was calculated. The results show that, during the process of WEE of "gas discharge", the ablation of elec-trodes is slight, the proportion of micro-size particles in nanopowders is smaller, and the WEE of "gas dis-charge" is more applicable for engineering. Furthermore, increasing the initial charging voltage could re-duce the proportion of micron-size particles.
