摘要
在相关研究的基础上,将低碳创新作为中介变量,并将低碳创新划分为渐进式低碳创新、以技术为基础的突破式低碳创新和以市场为基础的突破式低碳创新,构建了绿色创业导向对组织绩效影响的概念模型,并以湖北省201家服务企业为样本对其进行了实证检验。研究发现,绿色创业导向对三种形式的低碳创新均有正向影响,三种形式的低碳创新均对组织短期绩效有正向影响,但渐进式低碳创新和以技术为基础的突破式低碳创新对组织长期绩效的正向影响不显著,唯有以市场为基础的突破式低碳创新对组织的长期绩效有显著正向影响。最后,根据研究结论,提出了相应的政策干预路径。
As circumstance's pollution is acute, west academe bring forward green entrepreneurship, but little schol- ar empirical research on relation between green entrepreneurship and organizational performance, and discuss mech- anism that green entrepreneurship effect on organizational performance. Based on the extant literature, this study at- tempts to provide a conceptual model for how green entrepreneurship influence on organizational performance us- ing low carbon-based incremental innovation(LCII),technology & low carbon-based breakthrough innovation(TLC- BI) and market & low carbon-based breakthrough innovation (MLCBI) as mediator,201 service firms of China were studied as empirical samples. The results show that green entrepreneurial orientation has distinct positive ef- fect on three kinds of low carbon-based innovation, and three kinds of low carbon-based innovation has distinct positive effect on short-term organizational performance, but LCII and TLCBI has no distinct positive effect on long-term organizational performance, only MLCBI has distinct positive effect on long-term organizational perfor- mance. The thesis bring forward correspond policy paths.
