摘要
将传统资源观与网络嵌入观整合,提出一个系统分析框架,并定义了异质性与匹配度类型,通过对调研企业的抽象化数据处理,构建了系统动力学模型,探索了资源异质性如何影响企业的合作创新行为及能力的动态变化。研究结果发现,企业在不断扩展的创新网络中合作时,要素(技术距离、产业距离、规模等)异质性产生匹配度的动态变化,当匹配度处于合理水平时才能形成互补性优势,从而产生持续动态能力。
A systemic framework integrated the resource-based view with networking embeddness is put forward to analyze the cooperative innovation, and the relationship between heterogeneity and fitness is defined. The sys- tem dynamic model is constructed and abstracted based on the surveyed firms by data processing to explore the resource heterogeneity how to affect cooperation innovation behaviors and the dynamic capabilities. The modeling result shows that the heterogeneity of innovation elements should be defined in a reasonable level (fitness of tech- nical distance, geographic distance, as well as size), which can form complementary advantages to produce dynam- ic capabilities for enterprises in the expanding co-innovation, thus to promote enterprises growth. The results also clarify the preferences for inter-regional cooperation for the surveyed enterprises.
