基于属性测度的创新型企业战略风险评价研究

Attribute Measure Model for Strategic Risk Evaluation of Innovative Enterprise

创新型企业正处于战略转型的关键时期,如何有效防范和管控战略风险,平稳、顺利地实现战略转型和持续创新是一个非常值得探讨的议题。鉴于战略风险评价是战略风险研究的核心,首先建立了一套评价创新型企业战略风险的指标体系,然后运用属性测度理论构建了评价模型,并运用云南铜业集团有限公司的相关数据进行了验证。验证结果表明,该方法科学、有效。

Innovative enterprises are in strategy transformation of critical period, how should effectively guard against and control strategic risk management, smooth and successful realize strategic transformation and continu- ous innovation is a very worthwhile discussion of the question. In view of the strategic risk assessment is the core of the research on strategic risk, innovation articles first building a set of evaluation index system of enter- prise strategic risk, using attribute measure theory to establish an innovation-oriented evaluation model of enter- prise strategic risks and to apply empirical evaluation of Yunnan copper group of related data. Application results showed that this method is feasible.
