摘要 目的:建立兔舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)模型。方法:采用混合高脂饲料喂养新西兰白兔12周,并设正常饲料组进行对照观察。结果:高脂组与空白对照组比较,高脂组有心力衰竭的症状、体征,在心率、左心室收缩期最大压力上升速率(LV+dp/dtmax)、左室收缩指数(S-1)没有差异,在左室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室压力最大下降速率(LV-dp/dtmax)有显著差异(P<0.05),符合DHF动物模型。结论:采用混合高脂饲料喂养新西兰白兔可建立DHF模型。 AIM: To establish the diastolic heart failure model in New Zealand white rabbits using a non- invasive method. METHODS: The model group established by New Zealand white rabbits fed a mixed high-fat diet for 12 weeks compared with the normal group established by New Zealand white rabbits fed a normal diet for the same time. RESULTS : Model group showed signs and symptoms of heart failure. In the model group compared with control group, no differences were shown in heart rate, left ventricular systolic maximum rate of pressure increase ( LV + dp/dtmax ), left ventrieular systolic index ( S-1 ) but in LVSP, contraction index, left ventrieular systolic pressure rise rate, left ventricular end diastolic pres- sure, decreased maximum rate of left ventricular pressure (LV -dp/dtmax ) were significantly different (P 〈 0. 05 ), in accordance with diastolic heart failure animal model. CONCLUSION: New Zealand white rabbits fed a mixed high-fat diet can create an animal model of diastolic heart failure.
