摘要
BraSDG8是拟南芥SDG8的同源基因,同属于ASH1家族,与开花调控相关。在克隆得到BraSDG8全长cDNA序列的基础上,选取其中一段保守片段构建RNA干扰载体pFGC5941-BraSDG8,并通过农杆菌GV3101介导,浸花法转化野生型拟南芥Col,获得了1株稳定遗传的转基因植株,为进一步研究BraSDG8的基因功能奠定了良好的基础。
BraSDG8, the homologous gene of Arabidopsis SDG8, belongs to the ASH1 family and regulates plants flowering. On the basis of the cloned BraSDG8 full-length cDNA sequence, a more conservative fragment was selected to be used for construction of the RNA interference vector, pFGC5941-BraSDGS. Transformation was performed with the floral-dipping method mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101 in wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana Col and only one transgenic plant with stable inheritance was obtained, which laid good foundations for further study of the functions of BraSDG8.
