摘要
通过对大田烟株进行不同时间二次打顶,研究其对烤烟上部烟叶理化性质变化的影响。结果表明:经不同时间二次打顶,各处理上部烟叶的物理性状及化学指标与对照的差异显著,其叶长、叶宽、含梗率随二次打顶时间推延而增加,而叶厚、单叶重、梗重、平衡含水率逐渐减小;氮、钾、还原糖及总糖含量随二次打顶时间推延而增加,而烟碱含量逐渐减小。经过不同时间的二次打顶处理,可使烤烟上部叶物理性状得到改善,内含化学成分更加协调,时间以第一次打顶后15 d进行第二次打顶最为适宜。
The experiment of second tip-pruning at different time for daejeon tobacco plants was carried out to study its influence on physical and chemical properties of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that there were significant differences in physical and chemical properties of upper leaves between each treatment of second tip-pruning at different time and the control group. With the time of second tip-pruning gone, the leaf length, leaf width and stem ratio increased, but the leaf thickness, single leaf weight, stem weight and equilibrium moisture content decreased gradually. In the same way the content of nitrogen, potassium, reducing sugar and total sugar increased but the nicotine content decreased gradually. It concluded that second tip-pruning at different time can improve the physical properties and coordinated the chemical composition of the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco, the best time to the second tippruning was 15 days after the first tip-pruning.
