摘要
以烤烟K326为试验材料,采用盆栽试验研究了分根交替灌溉、亏缺灌溉和充分灌溉对烤烟的产量、相关化学成分以及水分利用效率的影响,探讨分根交替灌溉提高烤烟产量和品质的生理基础。结果表明:分根交替灌溉的烤烟水分利用率及其抗旱相关生理指标比充分灌溉的均有显著改善,其叶片数量、根长、叶绿素含量和烟碱含量均高于亏缺灌溉和充分灌溉;烤烟的根系活力和电导率明显高于亏缺灌溉和充分灌溉,表明分根交替灌溉在提高烤烟烟叶的品质的同时也提高了烤烟耐旱能力。
Effects of alternate partial root-zone irrigation, deficit irrigation and full irrigation on flue-cured tobacco yield, chemical composition and water use efficiency were studied through pot experiment by using tobacco K326 as the experimental material. The physiological basis under alternate partial root-zone irrigation for improving yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that water use efficiency and drought resistance physiology of flue-cured tobacco under alternate partial root-zone irrigation have been significantly improved compared with those under full irrigation. Leaf number, root length, chlorophyll content and nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco under alternate partial root-zone irrigation were higher than those under deficit irrigation and full irrigation, as well as root vigor and conductivity. It indicated that the quality of flue-cured tobacco improved under alternate partial root-zone irrigation, at the same time drought tolerant ability of tobacco was also increased.
