摘要
在阎良区2010年土地利用现状数据以及农村居民点整理潜力补充调查的基础上,采用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法,对农村建设用地整理潜力的构成、测算方法和分级进行了研究。结果表明,全区农村建设用地整理潜力为226 hm2,主要来源于:(1)人口总数在200人以下的村庄;(2)人均建筑面积过大的村庄;(3)不符合中心村建设、分布散乱、布局不合理的村庄;(4)位置偏僻,生产、生活不方便的村庄。并根据新增耕地系数划分阎良区农村建设用地整理潜力分区情况。
Composition, measuring approach and classification of readjustment for rural constructive using land were investigated by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation on the basis of land use status and additional investigation of potential of constructive using land in Yanliang district, in 2010. The results showed that the general potential was 226 hm^2, which came from the small villages with total population below 200 people; or the areas that exceed the standard construction area; or the villages which were inconsistent with key village construction, scattered, unreasonably distributed; or the villages which were remote location, and inconvenient for production and living. Then the potential of readjustment for rural construction area of Yanliang district were classified based on the newly increased cultivated land coefficient.
