隆回县食用百合鳞茎腐烂病菌生物学特性及室内防治药剂筛选 被引量:4

摘要 对隆回县食用百合鳞茎腐烂病病原菌——尖孢镰刀菌百合专化型的生物学特性研究表明:该病菌最适菌丝生长温度为28℃,最适产孢温度为34℃;最适菌丝生长pH值为5,最适产孢pH值为6;孢子交替光照处理下最利于菌丝生长和孢子产生;在52℃下处理10 min能全部致死;菌丝生长及产孢的最适碳源为果糖;而最适菌丝生长和最利于孢子产生的氮源不同,分别为天冬氨酸和硝酸钾。室内抑菌试验结果显示,12.5%烯唑醇WP、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、腈菌.福美双WP、5%己唑醇ME、3%中生菌素WP抑制病菌菌丝生长效果最好。 In this paper, the biological characteristics of pathogen (Fusarium oxysporumf.sp, lilii) of edible lily rulb rot were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature for mycelial growth and conidial production were 28℃ and 34℃. The optimum pH for mycelial growth and conidial production were 5 and 6. The optimal condition was spores alternating light treating for mycelial growth and conidial production. The lethal temperature of conidial was 52℃ for 10 rain. The optimum carbon source was fructose for the mycelial growth and conidial production. The optimum nitrogen source were D-Aspartic acid and KNO3 for the mycelial growth and eonidial production respectively. The results of laboratory antibacterial test showed that 12.5% diniconazole WP, 10% difenoconazole WG, Myclobutanil oThirm WP, 5% hexaconazole ME and 3% zhongsheng mycin WP had the best effect on inhibition against the fungus.
