摘要
为了减少花卉栽培中对草炭等不可再生资源的依赖,试验以秸秆、菇渣、锯末3种农业有机废弃物作为盆栽基质的主要成分,进行观赏桃栽培代用基质研究。结果表明:处理3(秸秆∶菇渣∶河沙=6∶2∶2)、处理6(秸秆∶菇渣∶锯末∶蛭石∶河沙=5∶3∶1∶1∶1)、处理7(秸秆∶菇渣∶锯末∶蛭石=3∶4∶1∶3)这3个基质配方的理化性质各项指标能满足观赏桃无土栽培基质的需求,结合生产成本考虑,处理3满足经济性和实用性,用其栽培的观赏桃生长健壮,枝叶繁茂,生长发育综合评价指数显著高于对照,基质结构稳定,可作为观赏桃无土栽培的代用基质。
In order to evaluate the influence of Bar-transgenic rice on reproduction and health of pregnant mice. 120 SPF Kunming mice were divided into two groups randomly, respectively feeding different amounts(20%, 40% and 60%) of the Bar-transgenic rice and the conventional rice for 90 days. Mice were dissected and recorded after natural service pregnancy 14-15 days, the blood sample were picked and anticoagulated by diluent, then the physiological indexes of blood was measured by automatic blood analyzer. The results showed that compared with control group, red blood cell count (RBC), hematocrit (HCT) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) of mice in adding 40% transgenic rice group of Fi generation all significantly increased at 0.05 levels. Though white blood cell count (WBC) and Platelet counts (PLT) in adding 20% conventional rice control group of parental generation significantly increased at 0.05 levels, various physiological indexes of other groups had no significant difference, and various physiological indexes of transgenic groups were all in normal range. There was no significant difference at 0.05 levels between the fertility of transgenic groups and that of control group. All these results suggested there weren't significant influence of Bar-transgenic rice on reproduction and health of pregnant mice during test period.
