深入分析了影响低速重载滑动轴承润滑油膜的各种因素,介绍了轴承工作中润滑油膜的监测方法、轴承常见润滑故障的形成原因及处理办法,最后,对轴承的冷却系统结构进行了探讨,为工程实际应用提供参考。
A variety of factors are analyzed that influence the lubricating oil film of low - speed and heavy - load sliding bearings, the monitoring method for lubricating oil film in the operation of bearings and the causes and countermeasures of common lubricating faults of bearings are introduced. Finally, the cooling system structure of bearings is discussed, which provides references for practical engineering application.
