摘要高血压是老年人群的常见疾病，可以导致心脑肾等重要器官的功能损害甚至衰竭，因此，控制血压对防治心脑血管并发症意义重大。在临床医疗中，偶测血压是诊断高血压的依据，也是临床医师调整降压治疗的重要指标，但是，它不能完全反映患者24h血压的动态变化及昼夜节律变化，所以临床上动态血压监测非常重要。
