高校的科研档案管理工作是高校科研中的重要组成部分,科研档案管理对高校科研水平的提升具有重要的意义。在分析新建本科院校当前科研档案管理存在问题的基础上,提出增强科研档案意识,完善科研档案管理制度,健全科研管理人员队伍建设,加强科研档案信息化建设等改进对策。

Scientific research archives management is an important component of college scientific research, and is of great significance to raise the leverl of scientific research.Based on the analysis of the existing problem on the scientific research archives management in newly--established colleges, a series of suggestions is promoting the understanding of the scientific research archives management; revising the management laws and regulations of the scientific research archives, improving the construction of scientific management team and enhancing the information resources construction of scientific research archives.
