中西医结合护理对活动期类风湿关节炎患者康复质量的影响

Impact of nursing care integrating TCM with western medicine on the rehabilitation quality of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨中西医结合护理对活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者康复质量的影响。方法:将120例活动期RA患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中西医结合护理。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、护理满意度及住院时间。结果:两组临床症状改善、护理满意度及住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理可提高活动期RA患者的康复治疗效果及护理满意度,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To explore the impact of nursing care integrating TCM with western medicine on the rehabilitation quality of patients with active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 120 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group 160 cases in each group ）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given special nursing care integrating TCM with western medicine based on the routine nursing care. The improve- ment of clinical symptoms ,patient satisfaction with nursing care and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the improvement of clinical symptoms , patient satisfaction with nursing care and hospitalization time between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The nursing care integrating TCM with western medicine can enhance the rehabilitation effect , improve patient satisfaction with nursing care and the quality of life of patients with active rheumatoid arthrifts.
