Investigation into Strengthening Ideological and Political Education in Employment of Graduates

我国当前的就业形势发生了明显的变化,呈现出市场化、自主化、社会化、全球化的特点,部分大学生在就业过程中出现了寻找岗位功利化、道德诚信淡化、承挫力弱化、竞争力不足等问题,我们需要不断加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,帮助和引导广大学生树立正确的就业观,培养良好的职业道德,增强道德诚信意识,提高心理素质,提升就业竞争力.

Apparent changes have occurred in China's present employment situation,with the characteristics of mercerization,autorotation,socialization and globalization emerging.Some of graduates are being utilitarian in taking up an occupation and ignoring ethics and integrity,and have insufficient competence.This situation requires us to strengthen and improve ideological and political education;and provide assistance and guidance to graduates to establish right concept of employment,reinforce ethics and integrity,improve psychological quality,and sharpens the competitive edge.
