90例持续腰大池脑脊液外引流在神经外科应用的临床体会

Clinical Experience of 90 Cases with Continuous External Lumbar Drainage of Cerebral Spinal Fluid in Neurosurgery

目的:对采用持续腰大池脑脊液外引流技术对神经外科患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取180例蛛网膜下腔出血确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组90例。分别采用腰穿术放脑脊液的方法和持续腰大池脑脊液外引流技术进行治疗。结果:B组患者在治疗后的相关症状改善时间明显短于A组患者;该组患者在治疗后出现并发症和不良反应现象的人数明显少于A组患者;该组患者的治疗的转归情况明显优于A组患者。结论:采用持续腰大池脑脊液外引流技术对神经外科患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective： To study and analyze the clinical effect of continuous external lumbar drainage of cerebral spinal fluid in the treatment of patients neurosurgery department. Method： Chose 180 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage tively. Both group receiv , who were randomly divided into two groups, with 90 cases in each group respec- ed lumbar paracentesis and continuous external lumbar drainage of cerebral spinal fluid respectively. Result： The improvement time of related symptoms of patients in group B after the treat- ment was significantly shorter than that in group A; the numbers of patients of group B with complications and adverse reactions after the treatment were significantly less than that of group A; the outcomes of the treatment for patients of group B were significant better than that of group A. Conclusion： There is a signifi- cant clinical effects of continuous external lumbar drainage of cerebral spinal fluid in the treatment of patients of neurosurgery.
