Pyelostomy with Pneumatic Lithotripsy in Treatment of Renal Complexity Giant Antlers Shape Stone

目的:探讨肾盂切开联合气压弹道碎石术治疗肾复杂性巨大鹿角形结石的手术方法及疗效。方法:采用肾盂切开联合气压弹道碎石术治疗肾复杂性巨大鹿角形结石患者21例。结果:全部病例顺利取出结石,术中无需阻断肾蒂和局部降温,无肾盂、肾盏黏膜撕脱,无大出血,一次性取净结石18例(85.7%),残留结石3例(14.3%),经体外碎石后排出。结论:该手术方式具有操作简单、肾损伤小、出血少、结石残留率低等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of pyelostomy with pneumatic lithotripsy on renal complexity giant antlers shape store. Method： We use this method to treat renal complexity giant antlers shape stone of 21 cases of patients. Result： All of patients were taken tones smoothly, intraoperative without blocking the kidney and local＇s cooling, without the pelvis, calyces mueosa avulsed and massive hemorrhage. 18 cases were cleared once （85.7%）, residual-stones 3 cases （14.3% Conclusion： This way has simple operation, small renal injury, ）. The others was ESWL without a hitch less bleeding, stones and retention rate advantages, and clinical promotion.
