人工全髓髋关节置换61例临床应用体会

Clinical Application of Artificial Total Hip Replacement on 61 Cases

目的:探讨人工全髓髋关节置换术的适应证、手术方法、临床疗效及并发症。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2011年5月收治的61例行人工全髓髋关节置换术患者的临床资料,采用Harris髋关节评分法,分别对患者髋关节术前与术后功能进行评分。结果:患者手术前Harris评分平均为44分,术后平均为98分,髋关节功能基本恢复,术前和术后差异显著,具有可比性(P<0.01);并发症发生率为18.03%,患者平均住院时间为20.4±3.7d。结论:人工全髓髋关节置换术治疗髋部疾患效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the indications, the operative method, clinical effects and compli- cations of artificial total hip replacement. Method： A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 61 patients with artificial total hip replacement admitted in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to May 2011, They were evalua- ted with the Harris hip joint score, and assessed the hip joint function before and after operation respectively. Result： The average Harris score was 44 before operation and 98 after operation, the hip function recovered basically. There was statistical significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative , which was comparable （P〈0.01 ） ; The complication rate was 18.03 % , with a median length of hospital stay of 20.4±3.7 days. Conclusion： The effect of artificial total hip replacement is good , and it is worthy of clinical application.
