调整骶髂关节手法治疗腰椎间盘突出伴骶髂关节错位的疗效

Adjustment of sacroiliac joint manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with sacroiliac joint dislocation treatment

目的探究在腰椎间盘突出且并发骶髂关节错位患者中行调整骶髂关节手法临床疗效。方法截取我院2007年10月～2012年1月共108例患者按随机数字表行分组,传统手法组、调整手法组各54例,对比2组间临床差异性。结果传统组住院时间为(25.34±3.24)d,改进组为(21.29±3.26)d;治疗结局中,改进组治愈36例,较传统组多13例,高出24.07%;好转36例,较传统组多13例,高出24.07%;无效改进组2例,占3.70%,传统组8例,占14.81%。两组结果行统计分析提示,P均<0.05,差异存统计意义。结论腰椎间盘突出并发骶髂关节错位患者中行调整骶髂关节手法疗效好。

Objective To study on lumbar disc herniation complicated by subluxation of sacroiliac joint and the adjustment of pa- tients with sacroiliac joint manipulation clinical curative effect. Methods In our hospital from 2007 October to 2012 from January, 108 cases of patients were randomly grouping, the traditional manual group, regulating manipulation group with 54 cases in each group, contrast between the 2 groups clinical differences. Results The traditional group hospitalization time was （ 25.34±3.24） days, the improvement group for the （21.29±3.26） days; treatment outcome, the improvement group 36 cases were cured, 13 cases than the traditional group, higher than 24.07%; 36 cases improved, compared with the traditional group 13 cases, 24.07% higher; invalid improvement group 2 cases, accounting for 3.70%, the traditional group in 8 cases, accounting for 14.81% of. The two groups results statistical analysis suggests, P were less than 0.05, the statistical significance of differences. Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation with sacroiliac joint dislocation of sacroiliac joint manipulation in patients with the adjustment effect is good.
