腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期的护理探讨

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期护理干预。方法选择我院2010年2月～2012年2月收治80例行腹腔镜胆囊手术的患者,随机分成两组,对照组采用常规护理40例,观察组在围术期行优质护理干预40例,回顾性分析两组临床资料。结果两组患者均成功完成手术,平均手术时间和住院时间观察组均短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期行优质护理干预,可显著提高护理质量及临床效果,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的生存状况。

Objective To explore laparoscopic surgery perioperative nursing intervention. Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic cholecysteeto my in patients admitted to hospital on May 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into tWo groups, control group 40 cases of conventional care group of 40 patients observed in the perioperative line qualitynursing intervention on two sets of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, the observed mean operative time and hospital stay were shorter in the control group, nursing satisfaction higher than that in the control group, the complication rate is lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery Wai- operative line quality care intervention can significantly improve the quality of care and clinical effect of reducing the incidence of complications, and improve the living conditions of patients.
