炎症性肠病患者的心理健康与生活质量状况调查分析

Mental health and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases

目的研究炎症性肠病（IBD）患者的生活质量（qualityoflife，QOL）及主要影响因素。方法应用中文炎症性肠病问卷（IBDQ）、SF-36、焦虑、抑郁自评量表，对广州市4所医院的71例炎症性肠病患者的QOL进行横断面调查，通过相关分析，探讨焦虑、抑郁与患者生活质量的关系。结果IBD患者的生活质量得分明显下降，低于肠易激综合征（IBS）组患者（P〈0．05），亦显著低于健康对照组的生活质量（P〈0．05）。相关分析表明，IBD患者的焦虑、抑郁水平与生活质量呈负相关。结论（1）我国lBD患者的生活质量水平低；（2）焦虑、抑郁水平高的IBD患者生活质量低。

Objective To investigate the quality of life （ QOL ） in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases （ IBD ） and the major influencing factors. Methods A cross-sectional survey on QOL was conducted on 71 patients from four hospitals in Guangzhou. The IBDQ, SF-36, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ）, and Self-rating Depression Scale （ SDS ）were used in this study. Demographic data and disease-related factors were collected. The data were then compared with those from 75 patients with irritable bowel disease （ IBS ） and from 103 normal people. The association of QOL with anxiety and depression was determine by correlation analysis. Results The scores of QOL was lower in the group of IBD than the group of I BS and the normal control group. Levels of anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with QOL in patients with IBD （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Level of quality of life is lower in patients with IBD in our country. Patients with higher levels of anxiety and／or depression have relatively lower quality of life.
