超声靶向引导结合钩针固定技术在取四肢异物中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声靶向引导结合钩针固定技术在取四肢异物中应用的临床效果。方法对12例四肢异物存留的患者,经超声定位后通过钩针固定引导行异物取出术。结果12例异物均完整取出,伤口愈合良好。手术切口平均长2.8cm,平均出血量16.6ml,平均手术时间25.8min,平均住院天数2.8d。未发生神经、血管、肌腱损伤和术后肢体功能障碍等并发症。结论应用超声靶向引导结合钩针固定技术行四肢异物取出术定位准确,手术简便、快捷,能避免术者及患者接触X线的辐射,减少患者的出血、手术创伤及医疗费用。 Objective To explore the clinica ultrasound guidance and hooked needle localization. effects of foreign body removal surgery in limbs under targeted Methods Foreign body removal was performed under targeted ultrasound guidance and hooked needle localization in 12 patients with foreign body in limbs. Results The length of incision was 2.8 cm in average, blood loss was 16.6 ml, surgical duration was 25.8 minutes in average, and length of hospital stay was 2.8 days. All the foreign bodies were removed completely and the wounds healed in 12 patients. No complications including blood vessel injury, nerve injury, and postoperative limb dysfunction were found. Conclusions The technique of targeted ultrasound guidance and hooked needle localization, which has accurate location, can avoid X-ray radiation hazards, simplify manipulation, shorten surgical duration and hospital stay, decrease intraoperative bleeding and trauma, and lower medical costs.
