电话随访对留置双J管患者遵医依从性的影响

Effect of telephone follow-up on treatment compliance in patients with indwelling double J tube

目的探讨采用电话随访方式对留置双J管患者进行出院后健康教育的效果。方法将留置双J管的患者按出院先后顺序1-462号按奇偶号分为对照组和观察组，各231例。两组住院期间及出院前均进行常规健康教育，观察组在出院时建立电话随访登记本，出院后由专人对患者的饮食、服药、休息、活动等内容进行电话随访。随访1个月后，观察、比较两组的留置管并发症、自我护理情况、相关知识掌握情况。结果观察组电话随访率100．0％，对相关知识掌握率96．4％，自我护理能力95．1％；对照组对相关知识的掌握率61．1％、自我护理能力67．9％；两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组留置管并发症明显少于对照组。结论电话随访方式健康教育将医院健康教育工作延伸到留置双J管患者家中，减少了各种并发症的发生，取得了较好的社会效果，得到了患者及其家属的好评。

Objective To explore the effect of telephone follow-up on the health education in patients with indwelling double J tube after discharge from hospital. Methods 462 patients with indwelling double J tube were divided into control group and study group according to the odd or even number of hospital discharge, 231 for each group. Both groups received routine health education during hospitalization and after discharge; the study group registered for tele- phone follow-up at hospital discharge and then received telephone interviews for dietary, medication uses, rest, and activities. One month after follow-up, tube-related complications, self care, and related knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results All the patients in the study group were followed up by phone. The rate of knowledge mastering was 96.4% in the study group and 61.1% in the control group; and the rate of self care was 95.1% in the study group and 67.9% in the control group; there were differences between the 2 groups（ P〈 0.01 ）. The rate of tube-related complications was fewer in the study group than in the control group. Conclusions Telephone follow-up can extend health education to homes of patients with indwelling double J tube, reduce the occurrence of complications, achieve good social effect, and obtain positive comment from patients and their families.
