依那普利联合黄芪注射液治疗扩张型心肌病的临床研究

Enalapril combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy

目的探讨分析依那普利联合黄芪注射液治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院心内科2008年3月至2011年9月收治的扩张型心肌病患者70例，将其随机分为两组，其中35例为对照组，采用常规西药综合治疗，包括使用依那普利；剩余35例为治疗组，在常规西药治疗的基础上使用依那普利联合黄芪注射液，比较两组的临床疗效。结果经过治疗后两组的心功能指标均得到提高，治疗后治疗组的两项心功能指标均显著高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组的有效率为91．4％，明显高于对照组的74．3％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依那普利联合黄芪注射液在治疗扩张型心肌病上可以有效改善患者心功能，提高了有效率，值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with astragalus injection for dilated cardiomyopathy （ DCM ）. Methods 70 patients with DCM who had been hospitalized during March 2009 to September 2011 were randomly assigned to receive conventional Western therapy including enalapril （ 35 patients, control group ）, or enalapril combined with astragalus injection （ 35 patients, study group ）. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, cardiac function index improved in both groups. Two indexes of heart function were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. The effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （ 91.4% vs. 74.3%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Enalapril combined with astragalus injection for dilated cardiomyopathy is effective in improving cardiac function in patients and has a better efficacy than conventional Western medicine alone. It is worth popularizing clinically.
