两种肠外营养途径在64例胃癌患者中的临床应用效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨两种肠外营养途径在胃癌患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取在我院行肠外营养的胃癌患者64例,随机分为深静脉组和浅静脉组,深静脉组患者经深静脉进行营养,浅静脉组经浅静脉进行营养,比较两组效果。结果深静脉组患者管道留置时间为(25.74±4.12)d,并发症发生率为6.25%;浅静脉组患者管道留置时间为(4.41±2.62)d,并发症发生率为90.63%。结论对于长期需肠外营养支持的患者,以经深静脉途径为宜;对于短期需肠外营养支持的患者,以经浅静脉途径为宜。 ObJective To explore the clinical application effects of two kinds of parenteral nutrition pathways in gastric cancer patients. Methods 64 cases of gastric carcinoma in our hospital treated with parenteral nutrition were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given deep vein nutrition, the control group was given superficial venous nutrition, comparative effectiveness was observed in two groups. Results In observation group, tube indwelling time was (25.74 ± 4.12) days, complication rate was 6.25%; in control group, tube indwelling time was (4.41±2.62) days, complication rate was 90.63%. Conclusion Through the use of deep venous catheters for parenteral nutrition, tube indwelling time is long, the complication rate is low.
