摘要 目的了解急救科室(急诊科、ICU、CCU、麻醉科)与普通科室(除急诊科、ICU、CCU、麻醉科外的临床科室)的医务人员心肺复(CPR)知识、技能掌握情况,应用反馈装置能否改善心肺复苏培训质量。方法从急救科室与普通科室医生、护士群体中各随机抽取20名(共80名),对其进行CPR知识调查并记录应用反馈装置前后两轮心肺复苏参数,统计并比较上述4个群体CPR知识和应用反馈装置前后两轮CPR质量的变化情况。结果急救科室的医生和护士、普通科室的医生和护士的CPR知识得分(3.5±0.6,3.2±0.5,2.0±1.1,1.4±0.5)、操作时间(147.47±17.20,165.32±22.58,169.98±19.52,183.58±27.8S)秒、有效按压率(71.17%,60.54%,60.47%,53.22%)。急救科室的成绩均好于普通科室,普通科室按压合格率低的原因主要为按压过浅,而人工通气较差是各组普遍存在的问题。应用反馈装置后所有医务人员(尤其是普通科室的医生、护士)CPR有效按压率、人工通气和操作时间均明显改善。结论普通科室医务人员CPR知识和技能掌握情况欠理想,急救科室的情况要好些。CPR培训时应用反馈装置能提高医务人员尤其是普通科室医务人员的CPR质量。 Objective To study the CPR knowledge and skills of medical staff from emergency department and general departments, and whether a feedback device can improve the quality of CPR training. Methods 20 cases were separately and randomly selected from four groups of doctors, nurses of emergency department and general department respectively. We scored their knowledge about CPR and recorded the parameters of CPR before and after the application of a feedback device. Results CPR knowledge scores of doctors and nurses from emergency department and general department were (3.5 ± 0.6), (3.2± 0.5), (2.0± 1.1), (1.4 ± 0.5) respectively; operation time of CPR were (147.47± 17. 20), (165.32± 22.58), (169.98± 19.52) and (183.58 ±27.85) seconds respectively; valid compression ratio were 71. 17%, 60.54%, 60.47% and 53.22% respectively. Doctors and nurses from general departments had lower CPR knowledge scores and valid compression ratio (especially with shallow compression) than their colleagues from emergency departments, and doctors and nurses from general departments needed more time to finish the CPR than their colleagues from emergency departments. All medical staff performed badly in artificial ventilation. The valid compression ratio and artificial ventilation were significantly improved after the application of a feedback device. Conclusions The CPR knowledge and skills of medical staff are not as good as we assumed, especially that from general department, but it' s better in emergency departments. A feedback device can improve the quality of CPR training.
