微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗重复肾合并上尿路结石的护理

Nursing effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy to patients with upper urinary tract calculi in duplex kidney

目的探讨护理措施在微创经皮肾取石术治疗重复肾合并上尿路结石的效果。方法术前与患者建立良好的护患关系、做好心理护理与相应的术前准备、指导并监督患者练习手术体位，术后严密观察患者生命体征，积极预防及处理出血、感染、疼痛等并发症，加强。肾造瘘管及双J管的护理，并根据不同阶段对患者进行有针对性的健康教育。结果所有病例手术均成功。术后发生迟发出血1例，全身炎症反应综合症1例，经积极治疗和精心护理，全部治愈出院。结论正确的护理方法及健康教育是提高手术成功率，减少和防止手术并发症，促进患者早日康复的重要措施。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment for duplication of kidney with upper urinary tract calculi. Methods We established a satisfactory nurse-patient relationship preoperatively with mental nursing and corresponding preoperative preparation. Patients were guided and supervised to practice operation posture. Close observation to vital signs of patients postoperatively was carried out, positively preventing and treating bleeding, infection, pain and other complications. By emphasizing the nursing of nephrostomy tube and double J tube, we gave health education to patients at any moment according to the their conditions.Results All operations were successful. 1 case had postoperative bleeding, and 1 had systemic inflammatory response syndrome. All patients were cured after active treatment and careful nursing.Conclusion Proper nursing and health education are important for improving the success rate of operation, reducing and preventing the operative complications, promoting the recovery of the patients.
