摘要
为进一步提高黄浦江上游水源地安全性,在分析黄浦江上游水源地现状及存在问题的基础上,综合流域规划布局,提出了黄浦江原水连通管"一线、二支、三点、四站"的规划方案,同时对后续水源方案———东太湖引水方案进行了初步探讨。研究表明,黄浦江上游原水连通管规划方案能够切实解决现状面临的难题,有效提高地区供水安全性;后续东太湖引水方案将进一步提高原水水质和保证能力。
To further enhance the security of the Huangpu River upstream water source, the H uangpu River raw water connecting-pipe system of "one trunk, two branches, three water inlets, and four pump stations", was brought forward, based on the analysis of current status and prob- lems and the comprehensive watershed planning layout. Meanwhile, the subsequent water source plan, which was named as East Taihu water conducting plan, was discussed primarily. The re- search results showed, the Huangpu River upstream raw water connecting-pipe system plan could solve the current problems and improve the local water supply security; the subsequent East Taihu water conducting plan could improve the water quality and security further.
