摘要
随着深部开拓及周边贫矿的开采,金川矿区斜坡道等长距离独头巷道掘进较多,新鲜风流得不到保障。为了获得良好的通风效果,在改善局扇性能,优化风筒结构、风机串联,以及采取钻孔通风方式等方面做了大量尝试和研究,确保长距离独头巷道掘进作业面风量、风速的基本需求。
With deep exploration and the surrounding low grade ore mining in Jinchuan Mine, fresh air is not enough among the ramps and long-distance single entry borings. Air quantity and wind speed can't meet the on-site requirement. A lot of attempt and research had been done in improving the partial fan function, optimizing the struc- ture of blow dryer and fan series, and taking the measure of drilling ventilation in order to obtain better ventilation effect. Whafs more important, these researches insure the essential requirements of air quantity and wind speed a- bout long-distance single entry excavation in the work surface.
