My view on establishing psychic files of the students

大学生心理档案是其心理特点变化历程的真实记录，在高校心理卫生工作中，具有预防、参照、推荐等多项功能。在建立大学生心理档案过程中，应遵循保密性原则，整体性原则．发展性原则和公正客观原则。同时应加强对大学生心理档案的管理，切实发挥心理档案在学校工作中的重要作用。

The psychic files of the students are the records of their changing psychological process, which perform an important function in preventing diseases and developing the students' physical and mental power. In establishing the psychic files the principle of maintaining secrecy, integrality, and impartiality must be adhered to and the control of the files must be strict so that the files could be of great use in the school management.
