摘要 分析了气泵进出气盖的注射成型工艺,根据产品的结构,介绍了模具的工作原理和结构设计要点,针对产品的倒扣结构采用的前模弹块和后模斜顶的设计进行了重点研究。生产实践证明,模具结构高效、经济、实用,成型的产品质量优良,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。 The injection molding process of air-pump gas cover was analyzed. Then, according to the product structure, the mold operational principle and key points of the structure design were introduced. Aiming at the upside down buckle structure, the design of the front-mold spring blocks and the back-mold inclined-top were researched on emphasis. The production practice showed that the mold was efficient, economical and practical, the products formed by the mold had excellent quality and the mold had good social and economic benefits.
