支气管镜代胃镜在食管狭窄诊治中的应用

Bronchoscope instead of gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal stenosis

目的探讨支气管镜代胃镜检查在食管狭窄患者诊治中的应用价值。方法由于支气管镜只有吸引管道,无给水给气管道,该病例组设计了氧气瓶经鼻吸氧管与支气管镜活检管道相连接的送气方法,使支气管镜也能像鼻胃镜一样对食管狭窄处进行全面观察和诊断。结果 14例患者镜下表现与疾病诊断符合率为100%。改进后的支气管镜代胃镜检查,同样可达到鼻胃镜的诊治效果,且并发症较少。结论支气管镜代胃镜检查是对普通胃镜检查的补充,可以进入更细的腔道内进行诊治,在食管狭窄患者的诊断和治疗中起重要的作用,使诊断的准确性、治疗的安全性更高,在无鼻胃镜的医院可开展。

[ Objective ] To investigate the bronchoscope instead of gastroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of esophageal stenosis in patients. [Method ] Bronehoseopy has only attracting pipeline, no water supply to the gas pipeline, the case group was designed the oxygen pass nasal oxygen tube and bronchoscopic biopsy pipeline con- nected to the air supplying method to make the bronchoscopy like the nasal gastroscope on esophageal stenosis at the comprehensive observation and diagnosis. [Results] 14 cases of patients with endoscopic findings and disease diagnosis coincidence rate was 100%. The improved bronchoscope instead of gastroscopy, can achieve the same ef- fect of the diagnosis and treatment of nasal endoscopy, and fewer complications. [ Conclusions ] Broncboscope in- stead of conventional gastroscopy gastroscopy is complementary, can enter the fine cavity treatment, in patients with esophageal strictures in the diagnosis and treatment play an important role, so that the accuracy of diagnosis, treat- ment for higher security, in the absence of nasal endoscopy hospitals can carry out.
