生物羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C在治疗复发性翼状胬肉中疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨生物羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C在治疗复发性翼状胬肉中的疗效观察。方法对36例(36眼)复发性翼状胬肉实施了生物羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C,术后随访6~12个月。结果生物羊膜植片无排斥反应发生,术后2周左右溶解吸收,角巩膜创面修复好、光滑。结论生物羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉是一种简单、安全、有效的手术方式。 Objective To discuss the effects of biological amnion transplantation with Mitomycin C for recurrent pterygium. Methods Thirty-six cases (36 eyes) of complicated pteygiurn were performed transplantation of biological amnion with Mitomycin C. The follow-up was from 6 to 12 months. Results No immunological rejection and complications occurred. All the grafts absorbed about two weeks after operation. No recurrences occurred. Conclusions Transplantation of biological amnion with Mitomycin C for recurrent pterygium is an effective, safe and simple operative method for recurrent pteryhium.
