摘要
为提高电控喷油器液力响应速度,进行了电控喷油器控制柱塞副结构参数设计及优化。简要分析了电控喷油器的工作原理和控制柱塞的作用,提出了电控喷油器控制柱塞副参数的计算方法;针对某型柴油机的喷油器要求,初步计算了控制柱塞副结构参数;引入遗传优化算法,建立以柱塞运动响应时间为目标函数的优化模型,获得了较合理的柱塞结构参数;通过电控喷油器仿真模型计算,对比了优化后结构参数的喷油器性能。
The structure parameters of control plunger in an electronically controlled injector were designed and optimized to increase the hydraulic response speed of electronically controlled injector. Based on the analysis of work principle and function of control plunger, a design method of control plunger in the electronically controlled injector was presented. The structure parameters were calculated according to a certain diesel engine. Genetic algorithm was applied to optimize the multi-parameters, an optimum model which uses the injector hydraulic response time as an objective function was presented, and the optimization result was achieved. The performance of injector with optimum structure parameters was approved using the simulation model of electronically controlled injector.
