摘要
塔河油田奥陶系碳酸盐岩缝洞油藏主要完井方式为裸眼酸压完井和常规完井,储层非均质性强,油水关系复杂,地层能量分布不一。为此,多数的酸压完井及部分常规完井的井设计有一级气举阀,以达到快速、高效诱喷的目的,但在实际生产应用过程中,由于油套压差使得环空流体进入油管,给试油带来了极大的挑战。通过分析现场施工案例,更深入的阐述气举阀诱喷技术在实际应用中存在的问题,提出合理化建议,对现场生产具有指导意义。
The completion method of ordovician carbonate fracture--cavity reservoirs of Tahe Oilfield are acid fracturing completion and conventional completion,the reservoir heterogeneity, the oil--water complex, the formation energy distribution different. therefore,the majority acid fracturing completion and part of the conventional completion of the wells design a gas lift valve, in order to achieve fast,a, nd efficient induced flow, but in the actual production application process, the annulus fluid into the tubing due to the differential pressure,the test oil has brought great challenges. In this paper, the author analysis on--site construction cases, Elaborate the problems of induced flow of gas lift valve in practical applications, make reasonable suggestions, guiding significance to the on--site production.
