摘要
我国的运动康复资源配置不均衡,"失健"者、医疗机构普遍具有重医疗、轻运动康复的意识,研究提出"便捷"和"节费"是中国特色大众运动康复学发展方向的核心观点。发展策略:建立独立的运动康复体系,优化运动康复点的布局与卫生资源配置,加强社区运动康复工作,加强政府经费投入,完善社会保障制度。
