“农家书屋”建设可持续发展的策略

当前"农家书屋"正在快速建立,其目标是覆盖每一个行政村。"农家书屋"发展中存在的主要问题是图书更新慢、农民的期刊需求被忽视、农民的"书屋意识"不强等。对此,我们应将"农家书屋"建设纳入各地发展战略;充分利用"全国文化信息资源共享工程"建设"农家书屋";按"总馆—分馆"模式推动"农家书屋"建设;"农"字当头,提高"农家书屋"图书配送水平;配备专职工作人员进行管理;加强"农家书屋"制度建设;依靠社会力量壮大"农家书屋";以书为媒,延伸服务。只有这样,才能使"农家书屋"真正成为农民的精神家园。

Now ＂Farmers＇Bookstores＂ are built rapidly, the goal of which is to cover every administrative village. The main problems existing in the development of ＂Farmers＂ Bookstores＂ are the slow renewal of the books, the unsatisfactoriness of farmers ~ journal de- mand and the farmers＇weak ＂bookstore consciousness＂. Therefore, we should put ＂farmers＇bookstore＂ into the development strategy; make full use of ＂national cultural information resource sharing＂ project and follow ＂main library to branch libraries＂ mode to promote the construction of ＂farmers＇ bookstore＂. Only in this way can we make ＂farmers＇bookstore＂ a real farmers＂ spiritual home.
