摘要
管理学课程具有内涵难以把握、内容较抽象、应用性强等特点,比较适合采用案例法进行教学。在案例教学中,教师更多的是作为一个主持人而不是授课人来站在讲台上,其主要任务是进行课堂组织,营造一个自由讨论的氛围,提出问题,引导学生深入思考,并对几种有代表性的观点进行点评,指出其优缺点,对整个讨论作出归纳总结,再进一步提出更深层次的问题,供学生思考。总之,案例教学符合管理学课程的实际,能够提升课堂教学质量,值得推广。
Management courses have the following features: the inner meaning is hard to grasp, the contents is abstract and strong practice,etc.. As a new teaching method, case study method possesses unique advantages compared with traditional ones. Combining with the features of management course, the paper discuss the strategy on how to apply the case study method in the teaching of manage- ment courses.
