摘要
分析了当前综合用地分割、登记及评估中存在的问题,提出了一个新的关于综合用地分割、登记及评估的办法,即基于他项权利的综合用地分割及评估.对土地他项权利进行确认和登记,有利于完善土地的权属管理,适应了土地使用制度改革的需要.
This article analyzes and exemplifies the existing problems in the segmentation, registration and evaluation of integrative land and then puts forward a new method for the above.
