从《战国策》与《史记》看苏秦与张仪

Investigation of Su Qin and Zhang Yi from Stratagems of the Warring States andHistorical records

历史上,对苏秦与张仪二人,有着不同的有欠公允的评价,认为二人一味追求功名利禄,利欲熏心;甚至认为二人是合谋的同伙,为各自利益打算,最终为天下笑。从《战国策》与《史记》出发,通过知人论世实事求是的分析,重新认识和评价二人,可以看出二人是时代的必然产物,有其过人之处,不能以成败论英雄。

In history, Su Qin and Zhang Yi, the two masters in eloquence, have the different unfair evaluation. They are re- garded as the men to blindly pursue high official positions and wealth, reckless and greedy; and even they are for their own interests only. Based on Stratagems of the Warring States and Historical records, the analysis is made to seek truth from facts, to refresh and reevaluate their impressions in history. The paper points out the two are the inevitable product of the times by their eloquent charms.
