Present Situation and Regional Characteristics of the Library Consortium Construction in China in the First Decade of the New Century

图书馆联盟是当前图书馆界实现资源共享的有效组织形式,也是未来图书馆事业发展的趋势。文章通过对我国新世纪十年图书馆联盟建设及运行情况的现状分析,揭示了我国图书馆联盟建设的模式、特点、存在的问题。并以内蒙古自治区为例,探讨了欠发达地区在图书馆联盟建设中的模式选择及应注意的问题。

Currently library consortium is an effective organization mode for resource sharing in the libraries and also is the trend for li- brary development in the future. In this paper, the current status of library consortium and its operation situation in the first decade of the new century is analyzed. The construction modes, characteristics as well as the problems of Chinese library consortia are discussed in detail. Taking Inner Mongolia as an example, the construction modes of library consortia in less developed regions are also explored. 9 refs.
