摘要
某厂热轧试验机是试验钢轧制的重要设备,以前采用传统的厚度自动控制方法,当来料规格变化大时,出口厚度偏差大,本文在深入分析热轧试验机工作原理的基础上,将模糊控制技术应用于厚度控制系统中,提出了一种基于模糊控制的试验轧机厚度自动控制方法,通过仿真试验,采用新方法的试验轧机具有很好的鲁棒性和控制精度。
The hot rolling experiment machine is an important equipment in the factory. The traditional control method is applied in the machine. When the steel specifications are varied widely, the width error in machine entrance is big. This paper analyzes the rolling machine working principle and applies fuzzy control in AGC. It illustrates a rolling machine AGC method. The simulation results show the system has a good capability in robustness and accurateness.
